What we can help with

• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price, a wrong drawer count or a wrong quart figure is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the number people act on.
• Assembly questions before and after the box: which tool a step wants, what a missing bag should have contained, and how the anchor kit meets your wall.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a missing hardware bag have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a brand this size that promised one would not answer it.
